Free Shipping on All Orders
Theracu offers free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

United States

- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
- Tracking: Included on all orders
International Shipping
Theracu ships to select countries outside the United States. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 12–25 business days
- United Kingdom: 12–25 business days
- Australia: 15–30 business days
- European Union: 15–30 business days
- Other select countries: 15–35 business days
If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage.
Order Tracking
Every Theracu order includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Theracu ships from our fulfillment partners internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Theracu has no control over customs delays or fees and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply to your order.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during peak periods (holidays, sale events)
- Customs processing and inspection
- Severe weather or natural events
- Carrier service disruptions
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@theracu.store and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage before contacting us — this helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Theracu is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@theracu.store — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
